: Booked Hansar for the room size, as I was travelling with two young children who need to expend energy all the time. There was plenty of space in the living room area, and the huge bed was great for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest. Breakfast buffet was really good, limited for some people perhaps, but for us, it had all the things we needed. It wasn't crowded the three mornings we were there, and staff was always attentive to our needs. Location-wise, it was just an easy 3min walk from the BTS station, even with two kids in tow.

: The size of the rooms is very generous.

: 1. The WiFi connection is not good around the pool area and in other parts of the hotel. 2. The property is looking tired. It needs a good clean and some renovations done to the rooms and public areas including the restaurant. 3. The language skills of the staff could be improved. They were oK at basic requests but ask a question and they could not answer.

: Generally hotel is clean and general decor gives a relaxed holiday vibe. Conveniently located to BTS station and not too far from shopping area. Tucked in a quieter area yet a stone throw away from busy main traffic & shopping district.

: Stayed here, few years ago when hotel was relatively new. Hotel interior seems slightly fatigued. Perhaps hotel desks staff could be more detailed in the check in process. Felt very rushed. Some breakfast (mainly 2) staff could smile a little more, would probably make it more welcoming in the mornings. (comparing generally against other hotels) Would note, most staff are generally warm and smiling otherwise. Breakfast was decent. Gym and pool facilities were good for a hotel gym. Beds are slightly saggy.

: Both of us (me & Wife) been to Thailand few times , Hansar's SPA is the BEST we had experienced. Location is wonderful as the sky train station -Ratchadamri is just within short walking distance. We took a train to airport and this is really a nice way of travel to airport instead of by Taxi.

: Lack of place for drink or rather the drinking bar is always free with no one sitting here...
