: Communication from the hotel poor, very slow and limited repsonses Windows are not double glazed so you can hear the traffic (was OK for us but light sleepers be aware) Needs a refurb Carpet needs a makeover and clean Reception staff could be friendlier and not greet you on arrival asking for a cash deposit and payment request

: Breakfast over all is good and have quite a varieties of food spread. The location is good for us to go around shopping. Opposite is Pratunam Market and next door is Platinum Mall. Walk about 10 minutes reach Central World

: The room is old and dirty - the housekeeper used the cloth to clean the basin and dry the cup for drinking too. The carpet is full of stain. The bath tub is crack and the Shower Screen is super dirty with stain and mould.

: Breakfast is good with so many choices from different cuisine and the hotel location is perfect , so close to everything that I needed to go .

: Adequate but not as good as it once was with no Indian foods, little Japanese food, dim sum , no bread varieties and an over emphasis on pork dishes. The staff were excellent.

: The location of the hotel is really good! Right next to Fashion Mall (my girlfriend sure appreciate it). Also there are plenty of other shops for everyone from kids to adults, male & female, cagesand food court too. There are food stalls on the streets if u want to eat like the locals.

: The interior is quiet dated and the rooms lighting is quiet dark, unless you turn every single light from the control box located next to the bed! Dont try to use the switch on the wall! Youll get confused!! Also itll better if microwave was provided as standard. The sliding door opening to the outside is very dangerous, need to restrict the sliding door opening
