: We liked the breakfast, it had some variety, only thing to know is that you must ask what you want, it is not like you have everything on a table. The receptionist guy was super friendly! Bed was comfortable. Shower very efficient, very hot water which was nice. The room itself was cold, you don’t need to use the AC.

: First night we arrived, we were given a room without a king sized bed when we booked a king sized bed room. The bathroom had leaks everywhere, so there were a lot of puddles there. Even though we booked a quiet room, there was still a lot of noise, it was quite hard to sleep, just make sure you have some earplugs.

: Great location in central Arusha. Our safari company had an office close by which made pick-up/drop-off easy. They had bottled water for sale, mosquito nets above the beds, relaxed check-in/check-out policies. Breakfast was a fairly standard brunch for Tanzania -- eggs on request was a nice touch. Safe and clean. Make sure two check out Kahn's BBQ around the corner -- great food and he is very friendly!

: The shower temperature was either ice or lava with no middle ground. The towel situation was not great and the toilet paper would be considered cardboard in North America. There is a 5% charge to use credit cards rather than cash for payment.
